You may obtain a printed copy of a bill at no charge for the last three months billed. A charge of $5.00 applies to printed bills for months preceding this period. Bills reprinted by Télébec are considered as original bills.

If you have a printer, you can print your bills yourself: go to the View my bill section at telebec.com. However, a copy printed in this manner is not considered as an original bill.
