Here are the various payment methods available to you to pay your Télébec pager or cell phone bill.

Through your financial institution

You can pay your bill through your financial institution, by phone, online, at an ATM, or in person.

If you do not do your banking in person, please pay special attention when you register your bills. You must select the "Bell Wireless Alliance account" to register your cell phone bill and the "Télébec Mobilité account" to register your pager bill.

By phone

Visit your financial institution's Web site to find out how to register and pay your phone bill online.
 

At an ATM

 

Use the detachable payment slip on your original pager or cell phone bill to pay your bill through your bank's ATM.
 

In person

 

Go to the counter at your financial institution with your cell phone or pager bill.

By direct debit

Call Télébec Customer Care at 1 888 TÉLÉBEC (835-3232) to request a subscription form for the pre-authorized payment program. With this program, the amount is automatically debited from your bank account every month, 18 days after the billing date on your cell phone or pager bill.

By credit card

You can pay your bill by credit card with the appropriate form. Order the form through Customer Care at 1 888 TÉLÉBEC (835-3232).

This is a cost-free, simple and practical way of paying your phone bill every month. Your bill is always paid on time and the required amount is automatically withdrawn from the bank account you choose.
